Sir, in April 2020 cops seized my bike during lockdown and lodged FIR under ipc 188 there is charge sheet in police station but still I did not get any summon from Court or the police never informed me about the case, I got a job now there is police verification now I knew that there is a case against me, what should I do? Sir I am a private Dentist ...muj pr 304 A dhara k teht F.I.R krwai gyi thi . Patient ne apne brain stroke ka ilaj krwaya tha Neerosurgeon se .opration k baad uski death hogyi thi. Uske parivar ne muj pr 304 A k teht case lgwa Diya ye bolkr ki apke dental ilaj k karn brain stroke hua tha. Lekin postmortem report main mera koi role nai nikla .patient ki death natural death hui thi. Muje police ne girftar bhi nai kiya . Ab mera govt dental surgeon haryana ka job lg gya hai .joining main koi problem to nai hogi ? Muj pr court case nai chla . Police ne likh k bhej diya tha ki Mera koi role nai hai death main ?

सर एक समिति के ऊपर 188,269,270 की धाराओं में केस पंजीकृत हे जिसमे मेरा नाम भी दर्ज है। समिति में 40 लोग हैं।
मेरा नाम रंजिशव्स लिखा गया है। और मै इस केस को लड़ रहा हूं। अभी हाल ही में मैने सरकारी नौकरी का पेपर निकाला हैं,जिसमे मैने अनजाने में मेरे केस का उल्लेख nhi kr पाया था, तो आगे क्या मेरी नौकरी lg sakti h या नहीं। कृपया मार्गदर्शन de।

Sir my question is
Mere chote bhai ki wife ne Apne husband (chote bhai), mera per, mera wife ki upper 498A, domestic violence & other case Laga kar FIR (2013) kar di hai, FIR m hum sub ki name hai.
Now Aab case court m chal raha hai.
FIR hone ki bad meri wife ne government teacher Rajasthan ki Liya form bhara tha, aur usme uska selection bhi ho sakta hai.
Aab problem yeh hai hum log ko declaration form m un case ki information deni chhaiya yah nahi. Yadi hum in case ki information deta hai to job per koi asar padega.
