    Ingredients:
    (1) Khechri:
    Rice, 5 cup
    Split chana dal , 2 cup ( can substitute with Mangan Kangtak )
    Moong dal , 1/2 cup
    Hooker chives, 2 handful
    Slit green chilies, 30 pc or more
    Salt as per taste
    Ghee, 3 tbsp
    Mustard oil, 200 ml as needed
    Chopped chives, 3 handful
    Ground hooker chives root, 2 tbsp
    Ground ginger, 2 tbsp
    Chopped coriander leaves, 2 cup
    (2) Usoi Utti ( Fresh bamboo shoot white peas curry ):
    Bamboo shoot ( medium) , 1 ( to be soaked in water for a minimum 2/3 hrs)
    White peas ( to be soaked in water overnight), 500 g
    Citrus Latipes , 4/5 pc
    Ground ginger , 1 tbsp
    Chopped Chives, 3 handful
    Ground hooker chive’s root , 1 tbsp
    Whole cumin seeds , 1/2 tbsp
    Fenugreek seed, 1/4 tsp
    Asafoetida , a pinch
    Bay leaves , 1
    Salt, as per taste
    Water, as needed
    Chopped coriander leaves , 1 cup
    (3) Lafu Eromba ( Banana stem recipe ):
    Lafu / banana stem, 1 kg
    Overnight soaked white peas, 1 cup
    Fried red chilles, 13/14 pc
    Sautéed herb - spice mix , 3 /4 tbsp ( a mix of chives, ground ginger & hooker chives roots , whole jeera, asafoetida, fenugreek after sautéing in 3/4 tbdp mustang oil)
    Saltas per taste
    Local herbs especially phakpai & toningkhok mara for garnishing
    (4)Mairen Ngouthong
    Pumpkin, 750g
    Chopped Chives , 1 handful
    Hooker chive’s roots, 1 tbsp
    Ground ginger, 1 tbsp
    Mustard oil 3 tbsp
    Cumin powder, 1/2 tsp
    Half slit green chillies, 8/9 pc
    Water as needed
    Salt as per taste
    Mayangton / lemon basil , a handful of
    Coriander leaves, a handful of
    (5) Khamen ataoba / Eggplant fry
    Refined oil
    Eggplant, 1 ( big size)
    Salt & chilli powder, as needed
    Thagatchari
