Ah, another confused CZcams user. Allow me to enlighten you and wash off your ignorance for I shall tell you why many of these legacy channels have such weird numbers.
These legacy channels are also known as Dead channels. Examples of such dead channels
Over the years, CZcams has changed in many different ways. During those changes, data such as comments were wiped from CZcams's server, mainly because it was from a long time ago and by then most people no longer cared. So that is one way to see when most of the views from a video were from. If there were a lot of comments, then you would know that it was watched pretty recently. However, if there wasn't much comments such as this video, there are two main reasons. The first was that it was from a long time ago and had gone through the waves of CZcams comments wipes and updates and the second is that it was an ad because views from ads still count for videos.
