It has snow, but not rain unfortunately.

Hello, you can tap the main layer -> tap " Crop " -> choose " 16:9 "
The problem is if you start with a video clip in a different size this does not work right. Your first video clip needs to be in 16:9. I have a default I use and then I delete it.

Hello, we think you can try the method we told you above. You can click BG -> Ratio to change it. This way, it won't crop the screen, and your video content will be shown entirely because it can only change the frame size.
