Georgian Bread with Mozzarella & Feta Cheese / Khachapuri

Ingredients for the dough:
140 ml / 0.6 cups warm milk
8g / 1 tbsp dry yeast
5g / 1 tsp salt
43 ml / 3 tbsp vegetable oil
300g or 2 3/8 cups wheat flour + extra for dusting
32g or 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg for egg wash
Fillings: mozzarella and feta cheese
Bake at 180 C / 360 F for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
