Awesome review, I’m so glad I seen it. I was going to get one of these for my 12 yr old son who plays saxophone, but now I will go with a YAS 62 instead.

What made the price of the Series II and III horns skyrocket? Back in the early to mid 2000's before the Jubilee models, I remember those horns being comfortably in the $4500-5000 range from the big box stores. Now everything Selmer Paris is $8000 plus for a standard lacquered horn.

The used market is your friend.
My local shop has several series selmer's. Series II's, III and some sixes and they are all between 4500 and 6000 Canadian.

Sound Good, Can I ask your question? What is your saxophone mouthpiece model and reed when you play classical music? Thank you.

When you play classical genre it does not sound like a saxophone anymore.

I am not sure if I should say thank you or I'm sorry. Eitherway, thanks for viewing.
