There is a gargoyle which has the face of the mean cement supervisor that missed his notice when installed.
I worked as the Office Manager for the company that installed their Pipe Organ 1990-1994. I was lucky to get a background view and tour.
That building was/still is a power station.
I had no idea that they had given a moon rock away. The Darth Vader is amazing. Keep them coming guys.
Another awesome find. Nice to see you two venturing outside of Cali
Very befitting that a church would immortalize Darth Vader (aka: Dark Father).
The cathedral is a beautiful building. Thank you for sharing these hidden gems.
Thanks as always!
Thanks!!! Lots of great facts! 👍🏻😷👍🏿🇨🇦🇵🇭🇺🇲
Awesome. Thanks for going outside of California to show interesting things. Love your videos
What a great vlog, I love OO , thanks guys for always adding spice to my live, well done, again.
Glad to see you guys 😻
Fascinating.
That's nothing. The Mormon temple in SLC has a Union Pacific logo on it
Wow nice cathedral its a replica like the one in Forest Lawn Glendale were Michael Jackson is laid to rest love it fam
Biggest oddity for me is, how did Drew grow his hair back that quickly? Thought he had a different style last time. either way suits you though, pal. Oh, and great video as usual. Haha
The hair should get its own episode. 🤣 Our release timeline is a little out of order, but his hair is cut and it'll all be back to normal after we finish up our Washington content!
Wow!! That is cool!
is the animal next to darth vader the groundhog from caddyshack? What a random thing to put on a cathedral.
America is new world but it feels so old. Different with Australia 🤔
How cool
Neat!
I hope it’s not true.
I'm torn between thinking that having Darth adorn the cathedral is very cool or kind of tacky...I'm leaning towards cool though. 🙂 Speaking of gargoyles, if you haven't seen it, I recommend the old made-for-TV movie by the same name starring Cornel Wilde and Jennifer Salt. It's very much a low-budget production but great to watch on a lazy afternoon or as a creature feature on a Saturday night. It's noteworthy as the first film that Stan Winston did special effects for.
Episcopal church, not Catholic. I’m not sure why it’s called a cathedral when it’s not a Catholic Church…
A cathedral is just a church associated with the regional bishop. It gets its name from the term 'cathedra' which is the seat the bishop sits in. It's actually not even a catholic term, the Roman Catholics in Italy use Duomo, which mean house and for the same reason. So wherever you have a bishop, you have a cathedral
Way Cool! Really neat that Drew can re-grow his hair SOOO fast!
