I gotta say, using the bucket and towel for the past 5 months has been pretty amazing for the hands, forearms, elbows etc. I keep it right in front of the tv and use it almost every day. If you're a grappler, or just someone who wants stronger hands and fingers....get a bucket and some _____. I don't want to give away what it is for whoever comes to the comments lmao.

Once in Taiwan i saw a great tool for grip strengthening, specifically for BJJ Gi competitions. Similar to a single thick climbing rope hanging from the ceiling, but it was about a foot wide and of the same fabric a Gi is made of. It's hard to describe, but the fabric had been folded over several times before it was stitched lengthwise, so that that it was several layers thick. Grabbing it felt like grabbing a Gi, but you were able to climb it about 15' - 20' up to the ceiling and back down. I did it without legs, using grip strength only. My forearms were on fire. I've searched online but have never found this item. It may have been custom made?
It was in a training room near the gymnastics center in the basement of NTNU (National Taiwan Normal University) in Taipei. If you could find one or have one made I'm sure you'd enjoy using it.

Recently did a rice bucket challenge for 30 days, saw some great improvements in my hands and forearms. It's an old martial artist exercise that a lot of people sleep on for hand strength and endurance. Yet it's one of the easiest things you can do every day for long term grip strength.

Now who is wiser? youve achieved what the old woman has, a dough empire with strong forearms, but unlike the old woman, your time outside the dough empire was spent in the gym and you are a buff chad. Now imagine the dough making huge hand lady making a youtube video about you and how all old ladies should spend 2min a day outside of their dough making in the gym. Check mate sardinia

How much you move your hands, speed, depth of your hands in the bucket. If you try it out, you'll see how difficult it can be. You can use the bucket and then superset it with something else that uses your hands. It's a pretty universal tool.
