- The Dishwasher in video is a Körting KS61110W, but basic concept of fixing an overflow problem in a dishwasher is same for other brands and models. If you turn on the machine and it's beeping or displaying an error and the drain pump is running all the time, that means the machine is detecting the overflow. This video shows you how to remove the spilled water that's in the base of the machine and shows you where the overflow switch is and how it works.
Tilted mine for 30 seconds and it worked . Thank you.
My dishwasher was stuck on pump 'cycle'. So I watched your video then emptied the tray at the bottom and cleaned the float and switch. Checked the switch with a multi meter (it was working). Then put it all back together and the problem was sorted and my dishwasher now works. Thank you very much.
Good job and you're welcome.
Just replaced heat pump and had this symptom after, tipped washer like you said worked a treat.
Thank you!
Excellent video, in these costly times thanks to you i was able to fix the machine and have a happy wife
Can confirm tilting it worked like a bomb. Your a rock star
Thank you so much. The tilting did the trick. NOWHERE in the manual of my machine nor online did they mention this method!
THX and much love
You are welcome dude
Thankyou!!! I was gonna call the technician. Thankfully I found your video 😊
You saved my life bro , thanks for your video i did only the first step and it worked with me
The tilting backwards worked! Thank you!
worked for me, too! Thank you!
You're welcome, gorgeous
Thanks the tilted method fixed my problem.
It lifts the machine up so it's tilted, then water, thanks to gravity, spills over the edge of the base pan and onto the floor.
Thank you so much ❤ The tiltin did the trick 🤗
You are welcome dude ;)

Yw dude :)
Just done your tilt.sorted thank u
Glad that helped
Thanks , it works , but the machine leaks from the right side , what kind of problem ?
It's probably not sealing somewhere, I had tiny holes at the drain too, I have discovered these later. it can can also be from a hose since there are many there.
@@beardsntools it was the dishwasher sump seal . Now working .
@@mauriceroushdi9854 Awesome 🤗
Hey buddy do you know the dish washer is supposed to go in the kitchen not the bathroom.
The reason why it is in the bathroom is because I am renovating the kitchen. Even if I didn't I would at least have to do some plumbing first, as there is currently no tap to plug a dishwasher to the water supply.
can it stay that way?
not to change others
not sure what you mean... if it can stay functioning after you do the first step?
Well, if you remove water from the base of the machine and then it works, it should continue working as long as no more water is added.
My dishwasher had a very small hole in the tub, water slowly leaked during use and it would eventually fill up the base and trigger the overflow protection.
