It's not the same thing. It's not what he was talking about. This is just basic twitch doing whatever to get eyes on you type of stuff. Kinda like from what I've understood is that the guy F1nn1ster or something like that did it for a joke and it attracted like some portion of viewers who wants to see that since he anyway looks feminine, so now cross-dressing is the main thing of his stream. Ludwig has done it was it as a some losing bet, it's just like an easy joke to make to attract viewers in streaming where you need to fill so much time with content. Man in maid outfit, haha, it's that.
What Katt was talking about was more so mainstream entertainments humiliation rituals etc. The whole thing of WHY is quite up in the air but it's been a common thru-line for couple decades In Mainstream Entertainment to put up especially up n coming black men on a dress.
