I am nervously excited about the coming academic (athletic) year, but we need to close this one out with a CWS championship. One thing with the winning and eyeballs, we need to get the secondary Wikipedia pages updated. How in the world does Wolfpack swimming and wrestling not have their own pages? Why hasn't the softball one been updated in years? This is part of basic marketing for athletic programs and is the first place many go to for insights.
Agree, there’s many smaller things that NC State athletics can do by themselves to increase their brand recognition. All connects to marketing
I mean we aren't ranked in basketball bc we did get hot. Y'all even said things needed to change with keatts. It's ok. We need to see consistency. Plus our game was one of the most watched bc of the type of bowl with the edible mascot. No one really wanted to watch NC State vs K State. But I do agree State athletics is growing bc all the teams are good now.

The fact that Alabama is ranked above UConn on that list makes me laugh. 😂 There’s a second reason to disregard it, on top of the fact that they ignored NC State. But like Grayson said, let them sleep. We’re used to it.
Tennessee is also the only team I’m worried about possibly facing. The idea of playing the Dirty Foot Club for a national title intrigues me in the best and worst ways. 😂

I’m not kidding, I don’t think I can handle a National Championship against those fools. ACC Championship is one thing. But the whole enchilada??? I don’t see how I survive that
I think NC State's rise in tv ratings across all sports tells you just how well the athletic programs do in recruiting and coaching. People want to see well coach talented athletes compete. NC State is at the top of its game right now as evidenced by the millions of people watching the baseball team each week.
