Madam, your class is very much beneficial and appreciated. Regarding the status of Internal Auditor, I have some remarks. Internal Auditors are engaged by the Company for reviewing and reporting about the Accounts before passing to Statutory Auditors. While Statutory Auditor is a third person, the Internal Auditor is an advisor to the Company. Both Internal as well as External (Statutory) Auditors are appointed only from qualified Chartered accountants. Statutory Auditors are appointed by top Management. But, Internal Auditors are by head of the Department.
