It does exactly that. so just quickly to explain it, you can get passed 300% under these circumstances: 1. You have black shrine server buff (20%) 2. You're on Arsha (50%) 3. You have the castle that covers the region you're grinding (50%). Although the absolute cap is 400%. No other bonuses go passed the cap of 300% even if you have more.

With the drop rate event going on, I am able to get to 290% without adding a tent buff, that does include if a green shrine is active, does that mean, I can buy tent 20% and go above that cap into 310% item increase? My head is already woosy from typing this.
@@gislewink ye so let's say you have 290% but that already includes the black shrine server buff if you then pop a 30% tent buff you will go to 320%. Give it a shot!
I hate ronaros with a burning passion, it is the worst HP pot piece spot solely because how low the AP cap is, and how awful the mob placement is. Terrible spot just watching this brings back bad memories from way back then when no pity.
