The Plaza needs more activities for families to linger longer (ie: bowling, trampoline park, etc) and more police presence. Have four officers assigned to just the Plaza. People feel safer when they see the law, not just the out-of-state shoppers but the future residents for the homes/condos you plan on installing. It’s still one of my favorite places in the city.
Once the Kansas City the “leadership” is done it will feature a tattoo parlor, check cashing, payday loans, laundromat, thrift store, food pantry, marijuana dispensary,
Rename it “West Troost Plaza”.
Get the crime under control
Ban guns
KB toys, The discovery channel store, the train store that had a train that rode around the store and went outside. things i remember as a kid. now i only go there for some good cheesecake
They never should have took out the movie theaters

Maybe you should rename it too
Red states have high gun violence
Wilding Teen violence and their crime destroyed this world-class place. The people who built it won't go there anymore because they're preyed upon and constant victims.

The poor, uninformed tourists have no idea the dangerous "dice" they're rolling.
