    This came out so nice that you for the tutorial... so i have a similar question as one below. How did you soak the oasis? can you get the cardboard wet

      I don’t think the oasis cross has a cardboard backing but you should be able to get it wet.

    I have questions I normally don’t make wreaths for funerals but a family firend of my recently passed away if I make one do I also need to buy the wreath stand or no

    Curios to know why you prefer to use this foam board vs the metal crosses and plastic wrap? Doing research and your advice is much appreciated😊. Amazon seems to be out of stock. Are the prices pretty similar to the fss link you provided?

      To be honest, it’s whatever I can get my hands on at the time. I have used all three. The metal crosses are great because they help secure the flowers in place better.

      @@Kimberlychrus i’m not very sure what you mean? If you created it a day before, the water will soak up into the foam or you can put it on the stand so that the water can drip out a day before.

      The easel has a hook on it. I just pierce the cardboard of the cross and place the cross on the hook.

    How do you stand up the cross, doesn’t the floral foam squares come apart?

      You can make them but you usually need a base. I seen them made out of wood. You would floral tape the foam onto the wood.

      Hello Lorraine…. it’s sometimes hard to tell exactly how many flowers will be in a certain flowers. I normally just gauge it. For something that size, I get two bunches of mums. But if it was carnations where they count it out I usually get two bunches or 50 heads.

      The ones I purchase have a hole but what you can do is if it has a mesh back push a hole in the back or create one yourself.

      It should run you around $60. The only thing that’s really expensive is the foam cross but the flowers should only cost you about $30.

      Not sure. Mums comes in about 15 stems a bunch but each stem has 3 to 5 blooms.
