Hi James. Are these the same areas as Cangrejo? Can you discuss how it feels to live in Panama City in terms of weather, which I understand is more humid and hot in the summer than Miami? And during the rest of the year? Americans and Canadians sometimes claim it's very uncomfortable in Panama City unless you confine yourself to air conditioned rooms 24/7. Thanks.
I like Nuovo and have stayed at Yacht Club and number other buildings in that area. That is a super clean look but the orientation of the building Strange’s as it does not maximize view. I am curious what you think of Costanera that is nearby. I was supposed to tour that property but had a conflict. I think I like Bella Vista and Marbella area best.
There's no question it's a beautiful city. I can't imagine why some people hate Panama City. Unless maybe because of the weather. Are there other areas in Panama City that don't seem like such a concrete jungle ? What is often mentioned is Cangrejo.
Hi buddy I need some help / advice. I’ve paid U.S tax on my CZcams earnings for 2021 and 2022. I’m a U.K resident and we have a tax treaty. I have a copy of the 1042-s for both years but have no idea how to fill the 1040NR out. What parts of the form should I fill out? CZcams have stopped taking tax now after I filled the correct form out. I also looked into a 1040NR - EZ. I’m confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

@JamesBakerCPA I'm in the process of buying a house in Panama. Bank of America doesn't use intermediary banks and Banco General won't allow me to do a direct. Any advice on other options?
