But it's unfair... Before prelims medical exam should be done and then further proceeding.. Aspirants would have worked so hard and passed prelims mains and interview then they are not succedes bcoz of medical health.. It's like there all hard work was worthless..

I had a surgery done on my right foot when I was very small.. I had an accident of sorts and had to have my right ankle operated upon.. Would that be an issue in Medical test for NON-Technical UPSC or State PSC Medical Tests? I also don't have any documents or Prescription(s) related to the surgery as I was very small at that time and my parents did not think that to be important to be kept at that time (I was may be in class 2)..
I DO NOT have any issues in walking or running or any other thing.. but the surgery has left a mark that is quiet visible and left my ankle kind of swollen (NO PAIN / Normal) and different than normal.. I have never had any issue in my life yet related to this..
Kindly tell me if there could be an issue later on in Medical Tests... Thank you
