Remember the episode smoke screen showed up in a different paint during the beast hunters season. And arcee ended up making a little call back from every other version of her saying if she inverted her colors she'd be pink. One of my favorite moments of her.

Making a significant diffirence from other designes in robot mode doesnt instantly turn anythung into a great design though. It is good AND diffirent, but its noy great BECAUSE its diffirent. Or else we would see guys with opinions like "Damn Armada Wheeljack/Sideswipe/Beast Machines Primal are so great because they are different" (i like all of 3 btw).
Funny how the Arcee in Prime is the best one not because of the design, because it honestly looks nothing like the other ones, but because of how much of a well written character she was in Prime.
Agreed. And the fact that she's the smallest Autobot on the team, yet she was always throwing hands with the larger bots made her so badass. Her battle with Starscream will forever be one of my fave fight scenes, 'cause she was freaking FIERCE! And I love that she's the perfect mix of feminine, fierce warrior and mommy. 😆
First,what do mean? Second,I honestly don’t care for Arcee’s G1 design;I just think it looks boring because of its emphasis on the feminine body shape over having many vehicle parts on the robot mode.
That's because prime did a better job on her characterization. Instead of making her a freaking babysitter like G1, they made her presence in the team significant.
Such a shame that they didn't do anything for Arcee in the bay transformers. She could have been so much more than a flat character who dies off screen.
Tbf all of the Bay characters were done dirty, the movies were more of a cash grab really (but damn they were great) Unfortunately i can't say the same about the TMNT movies
I read somewhere that Bay didn't even want her in ROTF, so I'm not surprised that she was done so dirty in that film. At least TFP, WFC and ROTB aren't afraid to show our fave femme bot being an absolute badass.

Prime arcee is different in all the best ways. I love the ditch from the pink and white combo to a nice subtle blue with pink accents. It gives a better disguise but still honors her OG colors

I love that Arcee is FINALLY getting the respect that she deserves in terms of getting a proper, solid design and getting ample screen time to be the absolute badass that she is! I absolutely LOVED her in TFP and WFC, and I am excited to see her kick ass in the upcoming ROTB film! 🤩 ROTF did her so dirty, and the treatment she received is unforgivable! Prime Arcee design "awakened" something in me the first time i saw it back in 2012... And that thing is still awaken to this day (also that serie was SO good, really)
The animators for the War trilogy knew how to subtly appeal to our lizard brains with Arcee. In that, she has thicker thighs than the other female characters on the show and a kinda exaggerated hip sway in her walk cycle
My problem with Prime Arcee is she doesn't exactly resemble Arcee, in neither appearance or personality.
