I'm 17 i wasn't able to do 5 push up like months ago, but because of me seeing working out videos, now i can do 60 everyday I'll keep improving and try new variants, because i want to be able to do this things, calesthenics for lifeee
Hi I'm 20, I used to do 5 push ups too but now I do 3 push ups like once every 2 months
do only pseudo push up it helps you unlock these skills faster

i started calisthenics 1 month ago after lifting weights normally, the gains i get are insane, still on my way to master normal pullups, but the grind is real guys

@@waleeddurrani4115 i'm doing some workouts from calisthenics family, they have good videos referring to push, pull and core workouts. Before trying any skilled moves like front lever, you gotta master the basics

Some advice for a true beginner like me? I want to start calisthenics but I don't know how

Get gymnastics rings and do push-ups and hanging rows in them.
Start slowly 2 days a week, no more than 3 days a week.
Work progressivly in strict form. Don't do tricks like those in the video.
Don't increase the volume too fast. Let it take years. Just be consistent!
Check out FitnessFAQ, for example.
Learn to do the push-ups the gymnastcs method, with the elbows close to the body, and rings-turned-out. That strengthen the rotator cuffs.
Slowly, 2 s down, pause, 2 s up,
That should keep you a couple of mounth, while you learn more.
