I had no idea of how to keep the wrappers closed. The "glue" recipe is very nice to know. Thank you.

CREATOR- Can I add imitation crab meat to the shrimp then wrap???🤔 Like when you go to a sushi restaurant they're called shrimp boats and are served w/spicy mayo and eel sauce.....😋😋😋

I would make this but I’ve given up finding good shrimp in my land lock state. Your shrimp looks amazing 🤩‼️👍

I live in Arizona, and buy my shrimp frozen, then defrost it. I can usually get wild gulf shrimp.

Dip in hot mustard....the Chinese kind you make from powder, shoots up the sinuses like wasabi....good stuff. Great recipe! You don’t talk too much...ignore the 💩’s

Can u use air fryer? How long? If prepping for party, do I just wrap in foil and keep warm in oven for an hour or will that be too long

I haven't tested it in an air fryer, but I had someone tell me they used an air fry successfully. Maybe try 350 until it gets crispy. I wouldn't wrap in foil, since that can make it soggy. just place in a 200 degree oven to keep warm for an hour. Hope that helps!

Can wrapping be done the night before and fried the next day?

Placing them in the fridge may cause the wrapper to get too soggy. You can try wrapping them, then place them on a plate in the freezer for an hour, then place them all in a zip top bag. Another option is to blanch the shrimp, place them in an ice batch then begin folding the shrimp, and use the same method to freezer them.
