- The Encounters have returned to Conan Exiles with the Chapter 2 update of the Age of War. The scheduled update is set for September 21, 2023. These events will spawn on the Exiled Lands as well as the Isle of Siptah.

Conan Exiles is an open-world survival game, in the brutal lands of Conan The Barbarian. You are an exile, one of thousands cast out to fend for themselves in a barbaric wasteland swept by terrible sandstorms and besieged on every side by Enemies. Here you must fight to survive, build and dominate.
Hungry, thirsty and alone, your very first battle is that against the harsh environment. Grow crops or Hunt animals for food. Harvest Resources to Craft Weapons and Tools. Build a shelter to survive. Ride across a vast world and explore alone, or band together with other players to build entire Settlements and Strongholds to withstand fierce invasions.
When strong enough, march forth into battle and wage war against your enemies as you fight to dominate the exiled lands. Sacrifice enemy Players on the Altars of the gods and shift the balance of power your way. Unleash your fury in savage, fast-paced Combat and execute bloody and bone-crushing attacks that will see heads rolling and limbs flying.
Isle of Siptah is a massive expansion to the open world survival game Conan Exiles, featuring a vast new island to explore, huge and vile new creatures to slay, new building sets and a whole new gameplay cycle. Fight the elder races in new underground dungeons. Defeat demonic monstrosities that spawn from a storm of pure chaos. Dominate the surge to secure the island’s only supply of thralls.

I will like to see some kind of trophy in the bosses loot. I know may not be the most useful thing but I would be nice collect them to display on your treasure room or something like that.
I hope they keep the events in, the snake one was a good way outside of the purge to get a confessor set priest since sepamaru doesn't spawn on.
I never seen blow back event on exiles lands on official server so hopefully it happens and I can get my t4 stormsick warriors again.
Grave matters was giving so much xp and leveling thralls was awesome there.
i agree, those big bosses should be more rewarding, i believe something like fragments of power or legendary items could be nice.
Most Of those big monster bosses have legendary loot Of their own but the drop chances are quite low.
Even if the loot is meh, I'm just glad to see some of the more interesting content making a return.
Here is my advice for 'events'. Configure a destination siptah, and have an event to use server transfer. Put the transfer in the game, not in the GUI.
There is a second chance at capturing Dalinsia clones from the Cimmerian mobs in their version of the blowback event.
I am glad the events are back. Conan Exiles need more random events/encounters. After crossing the map many many times things get predictable...and boring. And yes, the events should have rewards worthwhile to complete...otherwise...it is a hard pass.
The issue is they aren't random lol. Once it triggers once, it'll trigger every single time in the same spot. There's no cooldown between them triggering either. So you just leave the area once it's done and it immediately starts again when you come back.
@@smward87 is there any trick to trigger them? I don't get them in singleplayer at all.

The ai may still be robotic stupid but i appreciate that they have made effort to giving us PVE to play with.
I've never seen the blow back event before. Excited to experience it.
They need to get everything working properly like the new purge system and the invisible greater shaleback pets
i missed all the first chapter events so it will be nice to have a go at them
This dropped today, wanna do a test run and see if the drops got better ? I'm curious myself but can't get on till the weekend.
Great news, that was my biggest gripe with seasons that they remove content, hope thay will stay for good, and next time they bring back for good mage hunters
I heard all players materials can get deleted at random still. If that's the case then this game isn't even market ready yet.
Events back? Cool. But more importantly is the new purge system working as it should yet? More content is great but the main focus of chapter 2 should work properly first.
Hope these come back to private servers and single player too. I enjoyed them when they were working properly.

And Funcom still hasn't fixed the lag/freezer issue in the Siptah, it's taking too long to fix the Siptah map..
They addressed it and said the fix is coming with the chapter 2 update, back during the chapter 2 dev stream. I agree with it taking to long
so they are taking the sipta bosses that you can fight in the pool of the grey.and the same loot too. hmm looks like it´s not going to be fun then
Uhg, I hate the events because they invariably get in the way of what I was after.
They are pretty good, but like 80% of them should be moved to a different area... Middle of Sepermeru, Stargazer's Crest, the Summoning Place and the end of the bridge in the north just to mention a few...
@@gaborbernath1278 When they were still in the game, I thought they should be outside the main areas like the Snake Cult Caravan. It's at Buccaneer Bay, but not in the middle of it where it detracts from you doing something else if you don't want to do the event.
@@seamusoconaill8265 they probably wanted to avoid the event spawning on top of somebody's base... So instead the bosses are having a beer with Conan at his bar... :D

Have all three events you encountered occured at the same place always? Like what happened in Sepemaru?
No. The blowback seems to love sep. but I have seen it at the summing place also and grave matters there too. I just ended up with a lot of footage at sep after accidentally deleting footage of other places.

A small amount of Siptah items are coming to EL. I don’t believe the same is true for Siptah.

Really??? Look..... The ps4 version is completely broken, enemy bodies vanish upon defeat, textures refuse to load so all the assets flicker black in and out, and instead of fixing it they continue to pump out new content on top of broken mechanics. I'm sorry, but I'm about done with Conan. I wish they would fix the game world, thralls, and basic mechanics before they give us new things that no one seems to like except for content pushers on CZcams. I love the game so why can't they just fix what's broken first.
Why can't you get a PS5 first? I use a PS5 and everything is awesome. It's not the game that's broken. It's the technological limitations of the PS4. I bought a PS% because I started playing Conan Exiles on PS4 and had the same issues. But, unlike you, I didn't go to the internet to complain to strangers in a video comment about it. I knew what the issue was and it was not Funcom bending over because I felt like it. I bought a PS5. Buy a PS5.

Before AoS i played on ps4 pro and it worked fine, but since that "update" the game is broken again and i have more issues than ever before!
If a game doesn’t function on a platform you don‘t sell it for that particular platform! Makes sense doesn‘t it?
They really should fix it instead of pushing new stuff into a broken game. And content creators don’t adress this crap

@@cryptowheat That's where you are mistaken. Your feelings are not the standard for the technology being used. Current and ongoing development is in no way "last gen" no matter what lies you tell yourself about that.
@@atenubi conan exiles is a last gen game. It should run perfectly fine on last gen hardware. But based on some of your other comments on waks videos, I don't think you actually understand that.
My favourite event is no event.
On the servers I play no one ever does events, at least no more than one, because events are just waste of time and loot is crap. Typical Funcom style halfassed content.
