I have particularly loved this series as I have cruised Vancouver to Anchorage three times on large cruise ships and loved every minute of it. @@robertgrant1837 Like you, once I visited BC and Alberta, I was hooked. Have only been to Canada's West Coast, but it won my heart on my very first trip. Have fabulous memories of ski trips to Whistler, Lake Louise and Big White, and trips to Canada and Alaska twice, including train travel on The Rocky Mountaineer, and cruising northbound twice and southbound once. Hope to get back there yet again at some time in the future.

Yes, as a regular viewer I should like to add my Best wishes on your birthday, now you’ve got us guessing, I’ll have to re-read your book Riding the Tide to work out exactly which birthday it is but do share it in your next video instalment anyway.
This latest video reminds me of a visit made to Vancouver Island back in 1998 visiting my relatives and descendants who emigrated from Blairgowrie Scotland in the early 1920’s. A love;y trip cumulating in a Rocky Mountaineer excursion. Thanks so much again for your fantastic videos and narrative.

If I could live anywhere I liked I'd probably go for one of the islands round there. My sister in law used to live on Bowen Island and has relatives in the area. I've been on the Coho several times. We stayed in one of the end rooms of the Inn at Laurel Point where you get a 270 degree view of the aircraft and ships passing by. It's very strange to see an aircraft flying down the harbor. Thank you for taking us along on this trip.

By the way - your recent videos have too much red color. It does not look natural. Please reduce "Hue" & "Saturation" feature in your video editor software when editing video. Anyway - we love your sailing videos. Thank you. We feel good when watching your beautiful sailing journey videos.
