Hi brother, your questions are too broad to answer. There are people who have got job immediately after getting their PR and travelled to Australia while there are others who got after 3-6 months of time too. So it's very subjective and I cannot give you an answer specifically. It depends on your skill set, experience and the current demand when you are here, etc etc. You have to be ready to face whatever the situation is if you are really passionate about your migration.

If your application is complete with all the details, proper documentation you can expect within that number of days. So pls check their website

Hi Bro, 482 tss visa processing delayed considerably for me. Do you have any idea how long they usually take for approving the visa application? Fyi, my employer have lodged my visa on November 10th 2023.
December - January is the slowest time period in abroad countries due to Christmas & New Year breaks. So you can expect some delay in visa processing. Also please be noted that when it comes to immigration, it depends on various factors. differs from case by case too. So I cannot exactly tell you what might be the reason 🙂
Hello, my ACS result git expired on dec 8 2023, i had reapplied for acs assessment and got positive ACS outcome on jan 3 2024, but i received an NSW 190 invitation for the EOI with old acs outcome. Can i go ahead and apply for the invitation with latest acs outcome ? Is there any chances my application will be rejected ?
It's a bit tricky question, sorry I don't want to misguide you without knowing properly. I'd suggest you to book a consultation with an migration agent if you dont want to risk your invite. My personal instinct is that it won't be a problem as same ACS assessing body assessed again & you got positive result.

If you can talk to your employer and they are okay for you to stay with them for one more year, they can sponsor you 186 Employer Nominated Scheme visa which is a very straightforward and easy option for you. Otherwise, you need to raise PR on your own which I have explained here already about the whole process.

Hi nanba, Australia PR visas generally have an age limit of 44. Once you turn 45, options are very slim. If you have already turned 45, then the only viable option for you is to come through 482 visa (which doesn't have any age limit) and then after 2 years you can apply for a PR visa sponsor (186 visa). I would recommend you to get an employer sponsored jobs for your skill, that's the way to go as far as I know. Hope this helps 👍😊

After a huge 2+ years of wait and 2 times skill assessment, I got the invite from NSW for 491 and I am in the process of applying for the visa. Since I can work only in the regional areas with 491, which city can I choose to search for my Jobs? I have an IT experience of close to 9 years. Can I move to any other state other than NSW?
First of all thanks for your feedback 👍 Regards to your question, you can work anywhere in NSW regions. It boils down to where you find most of the opportunities. Use seek.com.au quite effectively to find this out, see where you find most of the roles that suit you. If you cannot find it at all (I am sure you can), if you can't, you can move to some other State by notifying the NSW government. But that's only when you cannot find any opportunities at all!

There are regions like Wollongong in NSW..plenty of regional areas are there in NSW itself, just browse Department of Home Affairs website for a complete regional area list and then see what are the opportunities you have in there. If not, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra are other states you can try to move

189 is very tough! It requires high points. Even then you cannot be so sure like you will get it within these many months. So much competition will be there for that visa. If you can, try 190 or 491 visa unless you can score points like 90,95 for 189
