Richard Belzer was one of a kind. He had some of the best lines, but it was his delivery that made them special. I've been a fan of his since he played John Munch in Homicide: Life on the Streets and I've been watching SVU since it premiered in 1999. Munch and Fin were great partners. RIP Richard / John 💔😭
