    What about making a wood frame, attached the entire wrap across it then simple lower the frame over the helmet heating as you lower the frame?

      That wouldnt work, you get too much excess on the sides, plus it makes it impossible to get the side graphics placement to be accurate.

      I've seen it in person, it doesn't look like a factory Icon helmet or anything like that, but it definitely looks professional up close. It gets a lot of attention in traffic.
