    Bosch is the ONLY brand I buy when I get car parts. Their quality is amazing! Definitely pricier than most other brands but hey if you pay for quality then it'll last you much longer than the cheap stuff.

      I don't know, i didn't notice my wipers needed changing until someone brought it up. I asked the last owner of the car (my coworker) and apparently when he bought the car used in 2018 he did not change it ever. So who knows how old is my wiper now, but tomorrow i will buy an aerotwin.

    Next time buy the wipers on Amazon ^^ They are much cheaper there! At least in Germany (50% cheaper than in a shop) :)

      GermanLetsKev Haha, maybe a good idea. But I think there is a lot of limitations using Amazon in Norway. A lot of stuff is not sent here and such. And Iam supporting a Norwegian shop, and not some huge corporation located in Germany :P

    • @markd8931
      @markd8931 Před 5 lety +14

      Waxing a windshield and even rain X can cause wiper judder and make things so much worse. My advice is clean the windshield and never put anything on it apart from glass cleaner.

    I saw other videos that they already make a strange noise after 2 weeks, do you have experience with that?

    • @jobathano1660
      @jobathano1660  Před rokem +1

      No, used on different cars, no sound from the wipers. Tried som cheaper ones not to long ago, and they would make a sound because it was not sliding freely. But if the windshield gets coated in something, I guess all wipers can start making sounds.

    • @skullfucker3381
      @skullfucker3381 Před 3 lety +1

      Did you clean Ur windshield before changing wipers? The leftovers from previous wipers leave traces that can be removed with window cleaner they should not make any noise at all after installing, I did like this after washing on machine I took sonax window cleaner and cleaned with micro fiber cloth after I took some washer fluid and sprayed a bit on the wipers path and let it wipe couple times worked great for me

      I had lidl ones that I believe made by bosch. When the graphite coating worn/washed off, they became noisy like hell. I have now ordered chinese ones for cheap. They look identical to the bosch in the video. Also getting chinese silicone inserts in case I don't like the rubber. Quiet blades are possible if you know how to replace the rubber. Coated rubber is a gimmick, useless, and deliberately designed to annoy you into buying new blades. Replacing the rubber in the bosch blade is easy: rip out the rubber by force first and the end caps will come off easily.
