Hi Faye. I live in Suffolk and there aren't any big rocks around. Does the stone that the churches are built with have the same effect on the energy? Mainly flint and limestone.
Or what else would they have done to alter the energy for you think?

It really depends on what detrimental energy was present and whether enough people lived there to warrant action, and lots of ancient stones have been removed. So earthing may once have happened that doesn't now.
