1. Download notepad++ (FREE) at notepad-plus-p...
2. Install it by the following the installation wizard.
3. Install the Compare Plugin.
Plugins, Plugins Admin, Search for Compare and install.
4. Open two files and compare them.
5. Enable the "Synchronize Vertical Scrolling" feature: View, Synchronize Vertical Scrolling
6. Go to the compare settings if you want to change the color settings.
