Looking forward to seeing how the game plays.
IMO, a HUGE failure here is not tossing that tiny rule book and some zone hazard cards in the “expansion” box and turning both boxes into twin starters. The lack of that, and a literal pamphlet of a few additional scenarios is all that makes the blue box a secondary purchase.
Oh totally, in our written review I say the same thing, seems a shame given both boxes are the same price!
Being as you get almost the same amount of content, very little difference, it's hardly a HUGE fail, the difference is marginal, so the price would be maybe 5% less, if they'd left out the 2nd set of dice then it could have been cheaper for sure, but extra dice is a big win, and to be honest who ISN'T going to end up buying both sets in any case. For the combined cost of the two boxes it compares very well with everything else on the market.
Would you still undercoat before painting or does paint stick to the 'sundrop' wash?
It's essentially a drybrush, so not full coverage. I wouldn't bother stripping them, as some have suggested, but I would definitely give them a proper prime.
I asked the same question on the mutant year zero fb group and the painters there said to prime the mini's.
Nice video, thanks
