Thank you for this. I grew up in Hong Kong in the 1960s, and the Methodists had a summer camp on Chung Chau so I have many happy memories there. It looks a lot different now! I’d like to get back there this year.
Hahha it’s about the variety not the quantity for me 🤣 also the more I speak Cantonese, the more subtitles I have to put haha so slightly lazy in that regard. Maybe I’ll do a whole video in Cantonese if that’s what you’re interested in 🤪

I really enjoyed this episode. It was eye opening to see the foods available on Cheung Chau. The satay noodles, the mango mochi, and the ping on bao particularly. I don't recall ever seeing a video of the Hong Kong food scene where these foods were featured. I'm guessing that they're available on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon too but are most prominently showcased in the stalls in Cheung Chau. I suppose that's what makes them special.

My family and I went to Hong Kong last July and definitely Cheung Chau is one of the best places to visit in HK! Also, the foods were really good.😍😍😍
