Hi, It actually depends on the specific company process. What I observed is, first Candidate shares the CV and Cover Letter to internal employee. They start the referral process with these docs, then candidate receives an email to fill the remaining information in their career portal. This process can be different for different companies.

Hello Sir, As far as I checked there is no upper age limit for job seeker visa. So you should be able to get job seeker visa and come here to do job search. That's one way. Alternatively, if you have any client connections/senior onsite co-ordinators kind of connections in Germany, then you can probably connect with them. Ask them to refer you for a job here. Getting job while you are in India can save you from multiple hassles that may be part of job seeker visa route. However both are possible for you.
Hi, I don't have full clarity on this yet. But when I checked with my local friends, they say grades are required for some specific fields but not for every field. Fot IT jobs, grades doesn't seem to be required. However, I suggest you to take a second opinion from some other creators who were student once in Germany.

Do you mean references? If so, that's not a mandatory one for Germany. You can provide references upon request.
