Br Shahid tries to really play a hotseat host in these episodes and all others in relations
Its worth noting that his expressed thoughts are according to the laymen people in reality how people perceive matters of religion etc. So the brother presents all matters within our society as and speaks on behalf of those people that might not understand matters as they are in the deen.
The whole podcasts are designed in this way.
So the shuyookh dissect and accept the challenge to proof with the Quran and sunnah with all topics.
may allah bless them all آمين
Amazing video. May Allah reward you brothers with the highest of jannah!
سبحان الله many misconceptions and shubuhaat dispelled with authentic words of clarity. May Allah bless and preserve The Ustadh’s for their dissemination of on going knowledge.
Al Hamdu lillaah, I love the two brothers on the hot seat. As a lay Muslim their knowledge blows my mind, but imagine how many of the 'ulamaa they feel dwarfed by. Now imagine how many lay Muslims ignore the 'ulamaa... may Allaah سبحانه وتعالى help us.
You did a good job putting that into perspective. Completely arrogance to say you can figure out Islam for yourself and dont need Ullema or even worse saying you dont accept the hadith and Sunnah of the Prophet and Rightly guided Caliphates.
as a lay muslim? apologies but
They are teachers, raaqis and students as well of ahle sunnah schools, not laymen if you meant to refer to them.
barakallaahu feek.
Our two wonderful students of knowledge came thru jazakallah qeyr to all of you including the host, I’m sure that wasn’t easy😁.
bismillah
assalamualaikum warahmatullah
where can I listen to Ustadh AbdulRahman Hassan's qur'an recitation?
jazakAllah khairan
Salam aleikum brothers
I think it's highly necessary you show a disclaimer for the brother playing devil's advocate to clarify it for people that might listen in, because many times his questioning sounds like he's lacking in manhajus sunnah.
And the title hocus pocus I think is belittling the seriousness and evil of sihr like a joke thing.
May Allah bless you brothers and I recommend that you refute the slogans and propaganda wasting time talking about muslim leaders and unjust takfeer
Magic comes from the devil. For God only gives good and does good.
Whats up with the host being so impatient ? I get asking questions is a good thing, but seems like he was just being disruptive without letting the Ustadh’s clarify their point.
Jason B he’s doing that purposely it’s called “playing devils advocate”
No matter how much evidence still the brother prefers his own interpretation.
No his job is to give the hard questions and just play the devil's advocate, even tho I don't like that saying.
shame most of this discussion is taken up with proving the reality of Magic which is not only muttafiqun alayhi but just an obvious fact known to every nation, culture in recorded history... Just read the wikipedias of famous magicians like alestair crowley, jack parsons etc
Hello
You should invite MUFTI ABU LAYTH to your show.
Ws
why would they invite s misguided person with no knowledge
Sorry but the host seriously needs to step back playing a disruptive devils advocate, totally ruins the discussion points. Just keep the podcast platform as a discussion format rather than robotic questioning.
The host needs gain some knowledge. His ignorant questions can really misguide his audience
Brother, in case you are not aware of format of this podcast:
The host is a student of knowledge, studying also under Ustadh AbdurRahman Hassan. The purpose of this podcast is to "grill" the speakers with questions and doubts that are commonly brought by people who have the wrong understanding of the subject, so the host acts like those people, so the Ustadhs can answer with knowledge. Although I do not like this term, this is normally called playing "the devils advocate", i.e. arguing from the position of the doubters. He probably knows about the topic better than you and I do combined, but he chose that his podcast is supposed to be this way, so that every possible counter-argument is brought forth and answered. And Allahs knows best if this format is actually the right way to go about this, but I just wanted to make clear that the host is doing this on purpose to make the situation more realistic and bring forth the most commonly asked questions and contentions by those who in reality have no knowledge.
I agree I got the same thoughts watching it, but I think the brother was playing devil's advocate
I think we may have missed the point. The host does this on purpose in order to provoke the discussion to which the ustadh's respond, helping to overall fuel the dialogue and answer questions as well eliminate doubts that exist amongst the general Muslims with regards to the issues that is being spoken about.
Fais Jama The host knows the answers to most of the questions he’s asking, his job is to ask the questions the layman or a doubtful person would ask. It’s good he’s asking these questions so people may benefit from the answers.
In the name of 'grilling,' he sometimes goes too far with his questions.
Here we go again, this host needs to seek knowledge of deen, then bring his opinion or listen to these great sheiks and learn from them. For him saying “ i can agree with this or that “ honestly that isn’t the way his viewers would benefit from these sheikhs.
The host ruined this podcast
