Ovessa Iqbal, the first Muslim girl from Jammu and Kashmir to clear the Indian Administrative Services examination has come a long way from Chuchot in Leh.
Lamstan Mega Event ‘17 was happy to see her as one of the guest speaker in the Expert Talk, where she emphasised more on hard work, determination and patience. And also on ones duty towards serving their society in any way.
