  • This T-100 has turned out to be a very efficient power station and at 50 cents a watt, I really like it. The Idle mode of the inverter makes it one of the most efficient I have used on low watt draw items like Laptops and portable refrigerators. This is just my opinion and review of the Item. very good talking about ghost power when the a/c is on the transformer changing whatever dc votage is on the units to ac voltage is on.. it uses up your batteries,. so yes as he says 'turn it off' when not using. so many people don't mention this
tysm for sharing nice review liked & subbed

I love this unit! That said, I wish the DC output would have been 12v/24v instead of just 12v. 😟 As you said, it is definitely better to make sure to press and hold the power button to shut the unit off when not in use.

Thanks for the review. I'm planning on buying a power station and this one is looking good. LiFePO4 seems to be what a lot of "experts" recommend but I'm not completed sold on them. The closest LiFePO4 unit in size, weight and $500 price to this Grecell is the Bluetti EB70S. It has a 716wh battery and a 800 watt inverter. Even if this T1000 loses 20% of it's capacity it will still have more than the EB70S. You also lose inverter capacity with the EB70S.

My thoughts exactly. Also, many of the LiPo4 units seem to be less efficient to their lithium predecessors. The LiPos are heavier as well. I just got in a PECRON S1500F, itis loaded with Quirks, and I am sending it back. After the T-1000 excellent experience, I will not accept certain things and expect some forethought in the engineering.

What are the life cycles? Bluetti is 2,500+ while Jackery is 500 life cycles. The bluetti lasts 5 times longer. My jackery 300 died right at the 24 month warranty. Will not even charge at all.

I am only counting on 800. Most of the problem with lithium is the fast-charging gimmick/Sales pitch which is terrible for lithium Chemistry. I have bike batteries that are 6yrs old and still going strong. For my applications lithium is fine. If I were using it every day, I would go LiPo4. I would expect LiPo4s to drop in price this year and they already have. I don't like the weight of LiPo4s and the inverters seem to be far less efficient on the Bluetti's. Jackery is a crap product in my opinion because it has always been way overpriced for what people were getting. I float my batteries between 30% and 90%. I read a lot about lithium when I got into EBikes.

Thank for info, great video, I just got the 2000. Do you know if you can use this product while it's charging with ac like sure power ?

thank you for all the info! i just bought this power station and Kohree 100W Portable Solar Panel. i have not found the cable to connect them. the solar panel connector is XT60. the manual indicates that the solar panel should connect into PV INPUT 12-26V. google tells me that's an anderson connection, but what plugs into that? i am new to solar and portable power. do you know what the right cable is? could you point me towards resources that can help me learn more? i am so very confused.

The Grecell comes with a cable that goes to a Solar Panel with MC4 connectors and has a small barrel plug on it. That cable attaches to the MC4 cables, on the solar panel, then plugs into the unit. There is a Anderson port there, on the Grecell, but they did not send you a cable for that. I like MC4 panels since they are more common and tried and true. Does this help? My solar panel has MC4 connectors and a Open Circuit Voltage of 22V. I also have a MC4-MC4 extension cable that gives me a extra 25ft.

@@peacefulprepper2402 thank you so very much for sharing about the other ways to connect! i used an adapter that came with the panel and it worked. 80 watts from the solar panel recharging the power station. i thought the only way to connect the solar was with the Anderson connection.

Do you know if its compatible with most solar panels and what panel would you recommend?

The MPPT is 12-26V, OCV rated, 8A,150W Max. It comes with MC4 cable. I would run one 100W panel. I just ordered a 130W Suitcase for all of my stations.
