    I think you used the wrong tmax value when finding fluctuation of energy, the slide before it was 13751 but after it was 13571

      The maximum torque is obtained at exactly middle of the power stroke. Hence the angle is pi/2. The total angle covered during the power stroke is pi.

      The positive work is produced in the engine during the power stroke (expansion) only. The remaining three strokes use the existing available energy to complete the cycle. Hence, the suction, compression, and exhaust areas are represented below the line.

      @@michaelthomasrex But how do we know that the positive work is produced only during the power stroke, I've seen some turning moment diagrams where the suction stroke produced positive work
