  • Power on the Hanover ERIC controller with external power supply unit and read out the route data using USB-Serial converter to PC

    Power: DC 24V, Meanwell LPV-150-24 supply unit

    Serial port software: Free Serial Port Monitor
    Baud rate setting: 19200-8-N-1 No flow control

    Once you(ve done that, how can you open the dumped data with Helen ?

    That is a Deric, not an Eric. The Eric controllers have more buttons, including a number keypad. The Deric ones don't.

      @@samchan1031 Yes, but firstly it says that it is a ERIC, while below it says that it is a DERIC. That's a DERIC+.

      ​@@TheArkamedBatyes, they all share the same method of reading data, unless the company has a tailor made firmware inside (which i dont know how it looks like)
