Thanks for checking out the demo! It is very satisfying to see the ending sequence work as intended because it was a hell of a lot of work hahaha.
And thank you so much for making this game and all of the other games I've enjoyed over the years. I spent so many enjoyable hours with Jetpack Joyride. Will definitely be taking another dive into this one in the future!

Whelp, someone just named one of my favorite films of all time and now I'm probably going to have to watch it again. Are you a huge horror flick enthusiast? I just took in The First Omen (loved it, but there are some difficult moments) and cannot wait for Romulus.
But that said... Yes--there is evil down there. Had a great time with this one!

The lack of a combat phase makes me remember the first game of this type I ever played. Back on the NES we had Solar Jetman! You are a junk collector that needs to haul salvage back to your base/ship. You fly this lander pod in various asteroid/planet environments. With different gravity levels and a few enemies sprinkled around, you have to work hard to keep up your hull integrity when dragging items back(no touching walls allowed!) It was a fun but challenging game that I rented on a few different occasions. Check it out in an emulator or watch some CZcams vids to see how we did it back in the day!

I love that this doesn’t have the attack Phase from DK. I’d happily play this if it had a map.
I hear you on the map. I wonder if that's an upgrade--maybe some type of sonar system or something. We'll have to see.
