There was a mistake with my last Pandora order as well. I ended up having to contact them multiple times about my missing charm, but I finally received it a month or so later. I haven’t bought anything from them since. It wasn’t an expensive piece, but having to message them and call multiple times to get my bead was just a pain.
Oh Bobbie, it shouldn’t take multiple contacts to fix a mistake 😕 I’m glad it did finally work out. They left out a charm for me (Snowglobe) but shipped it pretty quickly. I never bothered trying to get the correct Pandora Me dangle, but this last one hurts! The charm is retired and sold out so I just missed out. I shipped back the Murano and I hope there’s no hassle getting my money back once they receive it.

The cactus petite is so cute, and perfect match to the palm tree. If my memory serves me well I got those two along with the bee for the promo they had when they launch Pandora Me. I got the pink jewelry travel bag, so cute.
The Free Hugs cactus is really sweet. I both that one right away along with yet another bee charm 😅, they were release together. Love them so much. I used both on my Spring themes design, one of them dedicated to my mom.
The rings are fabulous, you can never have to many Pandora rings. Enjoy everything!

Hi Karen! I definitely buy into the motto of never having too many Pandora rings 😂😂😂 I love my ring collection, so fun to mix and match. Unfortunately the blue celestial charm is sold out, I’m hopeful that I can find it again one day, maybe I’ll get lucky and it will be restocked in the Last Chance online 🤞🤞🤞 I was surprised to see some of these older Pandora Me dangles available again 🥰🥰🥰 The domed heart is a treasure. I have the ring and bracelet clasp as well. Nice to have the three pieces of the set 😍

I liked your unboxing , all those charms are ones that got away from me , all very nice . The heart of gold goes beautifully on your 100 year disney bracelet 💛. That charm that they missed I do have but got preloved . Pandora are usually great with fixing up their mistakes so hopefully you'll have your one too , it's gorgeous 😍.

When I called Pandora about the mistake they were so kind and helpful, unfortunately the correct Celestial charm is sold out but I’m hopeful that it will pop up somewhere 🤞 I’ll keep looking for it! I’ve already redesigned a bracelet in my mind using it as a focal point 😂😂😂 I think I over edited this video but will try to do better next time, still learning 🥰

I was recently gifted the two-toned domed heart for my birthday in January; and I really love how you have used gold clips on your bracelet to compliment it, so I may just copy your pattern and idea (if I can find similar clips here in my country.) 😄

Oh, I didn't realise you already had the Palm tree. That's ok, I have deliberately bought 2 of a few. I find having a matching one on each end of a design is like having book ends and finishes it off. Maybe you could try that. It also makes them further away from each other. Your cactus is very cute. I love the beaded details on the back.
So happy that you were able to find the tt heart!! If the heart flips for you on the bracelet you can try wearing it facing you. It looks great on your D100 bracelet 😍.

Oh no!! I really hope they can get the right charm for you. If you are an example of the amount of times they send the wrong pieces where u live then they need to look into what they are doing wrong.

Hi Leanne, I didn’t bother contacting Pandora when I received the duplicate palm tree dangle as it was only $10, not really worth the hassle. But this Celestial charm makes me sad… it’s sold out and I already redesigned a bracelet in my mind using it as a focal point. I will keep trying to hunt it down 🤞🤞 The domed heart looks good on the D100 bracelet, same aesthetic of shiny silver and gold. While I wish I had found it while 50% off I’m still pretty happy that I got it after all and saved some money for my husband 😁😁😁

Oh that is so so disappointing that Pandora sent you the wrong charm! I hope they still have some of these blue sparkling celestial stars charms left and that they are able to send you the correct charm! 🤞🏻
The two tone heart charm is the perfect addition to your Disney 100 bracelet! That charm is one of my regrets, I wish I had picked it up at 50% off. I hope I am able to get it in the near future.

Hello! I’m really happy with the Domed Heart charm, my husband bought the matching bracelet clasp for me our last anniversary but this charm sold out fast before we could make it to our local store. The celestial charm is also now sold out so I have missed out… I mailed back the Murano and am awaiting a refund 🤞🤞🤞 It was a bittersweet unboxing, but I’m grateful that I did get the Domed Heart charm as that was my most anticipated from this order. I really like the way you did your ME bangle. I bought one on sale recently but don't yet have anything to put on it. I was told in store that it would be compatible with the essence beads. Do you know if this correct? And could you please also tell me what stoppers you bought to keep the ME dangles in place?

Hi Nadia, thank you for your comment 😁 The older retired Essence charms are compatible with Pandora Me smooth brackets and bangles, not the new link bracelet though. The little Pandora Me stoppers are retired and can sometimes be found at outlets. Pandora just recently had them for sale again in the winter sale, they’re out there!!

Hello Brooklyn!! Yes ReRe definitely helped with the ring purchase, so sweet seeing it in her video compared to stock image 🥰🥰🥰 I really like the effect of the domed heart with Oswald. They do match each other well 😊 Unfortunately the customer service rep says the Celestial charm is gone at all of their distribution centres. I’m sad as I already had designed with it in my mind 😉 and it’s hard for me to change directions now 🙄 However, they were so nice and empathetic that I couldn’t get mad on the phone. Hello my Sister/Friend 🤗🤗🤗 The dome heart is really sweet. I have the bracelet and ring so was happy to snap this one up quickly when it was restocked 😁 My husband approves too, he wanted to buy it for me next anniversary 🥰 Guess he will be picking out something else now 😂 Yes! The Angel Wing ring is so sweet, I think it suits the pink cz best too. My daughter has already taken it from me, which I knew would happen as I chose a size we both could wear 😉💕
So Pandora is messing with my orders lately. It was a good run until this month. First excluding the Snowglobe dangle altogether, then mixing up the Pandora Me dangle, but this one hurts the most! The celestial charm is no longer in stock and retired. So I missed out 😕 I just hope it all works out smoothly for the refund….

I hope they were able to give you the correct charm, its disappointing when orders get stuffed up 😪
They sent me the cards for the D100 charms via email (before I had even picked up my parcel from the post office) but I needed the physical version as I cant print a good enough copy, my dear manager at the local store was able to give me the cards (and larger box sleeves) when I saw her later in the day, since then pandora has said theyll send out cards next week, so they must have a decent stock of the cards just depends on if staff include them now I think. At least my local store isn't dropping the ball.
I love your domed tt heart its so pretty, is it the same size as the bracelet clasp? I'm not sure if I need it for my tt bracelet but you just never know since I do have some room on my 'new charm' tt bracelet 😆
I love the angel wings ring, im just not sure if I should buy rings since I'm having a bit of trouble with my hands lately, arthritis is a B.

Hello! I’m glad you got the physical cards for the D100 collection. I would not be happy with an emailed copy. My fear is that anybody can print multiple copies and that would only benefit the counterfeiters 🤨 That’s great that the staff at your store came through for you! By the way, congratulations on your D100! I think when we last chatted you were thinking about it 🙂 Isn’t the bracelet clasp unique!! Well my order was messed up and it hurts because the charm is retired and sold out, so I’m just out of luck 😕 The two toned dome heart is a little bit smaller than the clasp, but not by much 💕💕💕

Hi Louise, I don’t personally have that charm but remember looking at it at my local store. There is some variation in how bright the colors of the Murano glass is. I hope you’re happy with the one you receive!

Very nice charms, the domed heart is lovely. Past 3 mistakes - not good and disappointing as the charm you wanted is probably gone now. Hopefully you get a refund without to much hassle.
Hi Rose Marie, yes I’m not having a very good track record with buying pandora online lately. This last mistake hurts the most as the Celestial charm I wanted is no longer available and retired, so I missed out 😕 I shipped back the Murano and when they receive it will be getting my refund. I hope that goes smoothly 🤞🤞🤞
What a pain with the mistake 🙄 I think you deserve some compensation for all of the errors recently. I had an order arrive yesterday and the box was open 😳 I videoed myself opening it just in case there was anything missing…thankfully everything was present.
Have you bought the Aladdin magic carpet yet…I’m not at all impressed with the quality as it feels very flimsy…I’m going to return it soon
Hi Fern, you know I was a little upset when I first called Pandora customer service but the people that answer the phone are so kind. I returned the Murano by mail and hope that they refund me fully like they promised 🤞🤞🤞 So strange your box was opened!! I’ve never had that happen and would be alarmed too 😳 I haven’t purchase the Aladdin charms, but looked at them in the store. I had the same impression as you… the charm felt very thin 😕
Majority of the stuff you are showing are not on sale here in my store. Wonder why they’re last chance where you are
