- Robert Ives, the chief prosecutor in Carroll County, Indiana when teens Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered, talks about the early days of the investigation in this extended interview clip. Based on the number of leads, the amount of evidence and the overwhelming level of manpower on the case, he believed the murders would be solved within days.
I hope one day he will tell his true story!!!

The killer walked the trail and ran into a lady walking her dogs .... I believe he went back down the trail and then may have passed the girls as they were coming in towards the bridge ....by then the killer knew nobody else was down the trail and once he took the opportunity he knew if the girls went across he had them trapped ...killer went across the bridge towards the girls ....from that point he took them “down the hill”
When he says he knew the day before does he mean the 12th?
I think he means the day before they were found, i.e., the day they went missing.
@@escribidormadrid3463 if you listen to it over and over he’s talking about a three day span and he’s referring to him being in the second day and then he mentions finding the bodies on the third day

Typical copper, I don't know, I'm waiting for someone to come forward, claim I solved a crime.
This guy isn’t accurate at all this shows how incompetent or complicit LE is

How is that possible considering he was present at the crime scene? I guess you in your infinite wisdom regarding police procedures is better versed to comment on this crime. Put up or shut up.
@@robertives4410 Why doesn’t LE release the vehicle info from the old cps building? It may remove someone’s doubt to provide the tip we need to give these families closure. This investigation has a very small radius. Imagine if there was no video or audio..
