I pulled out all my creative juices to create a breathtaking fairy costume fit for a woodland princess. Inspired by nature and many, many Pinterest ideas, I intricately weave together delicate flowers, leaves, and rhinestones to bring my vision to life. There’s nothing like a momma who can sow! My mom would make some of my clothes back in the day and even made my JR PROM and PROM dresses! It made me so proud to say my momma made it! 🙌🏾💕

My mom used to make my clothes when I was young and I didn’t appreciate it. Looking back it was great, I was original. I wish she would sew for me now.

I remember literally in a tears when I first watched you and Ziyas cookies and milk and Starbucks costumes like I will never get to experience this and I so badly wanted too (had two boys and was lit thinking I’d be able to have another) and now my daughter is 3 and you have me doing the MOST lol….these bring me so much joy to watch and now get inspired to experience with my daughter thank you!!!

I love the portion at 19:50 where you and Zoe go over the content filming for the party. That way the day of your able to enjoy all the work you’ve put in!! When it got to the part where Ziya was riding the unicorn I literally started tearing up & crying a little bit! I think I was crying for my inner child who was never celebrated like this… but also for every other little black girl in the world who isn’t able to see how have experiences like this. (And maybe a part for my own daughter who is just one month younger than Ziya). It’s SO BEAUTIFUL to see things be carried out as they should be. I can’t quite explain the emotions I went through but it was very meaningful to see the love that went into her celebration. It’s somehow healing. ❤️🩹🫶🏽
Ziya's outfit is so beautiful. I know that I don't personally know Raven but I'm so proud of her. She did an amazing job on Ziya's outfit, shoes, hair and makeup. And I like the added sparkle to the wings and the added butterflies in her hair. I don't know why I'm trying to hold back tears. But the fact tgat Raven put all this effort into making Ziya's birthday the best it can possibly be is so wonderful.

More likely going to get set up of the party next week. Based on past series it’s DIY, set up, then party. This is the same routine for Christmas lol we’re still in DIY mode lol. I want to see the party as much as everybody here but I’m just use to this schedule by now

I absolutely love the entire costume. You did an absolutely amazing job on it. I would have probably bought a second smaller wing and pasted it to the large one for that double wing effect, but honestly it's not needed.
