I dont think so. In my expierience it is a hastle and they dont really care. Usually they will offer a replacement, then you have to send it back, then one of two things happen. You are stuck waiting for a replacement for two weeks, or you are given a refund then you have to go purchase agian and hope that one is not scratched. In all honsesty customer service in all big companys has just gone to crap. I have been fighting samsung for over a month about my broken galaxy buds pro 2 they broke within a month. I was told they would be repaired, then i was told they could not get the parts so they were just goung to send them back after two weeks of waiting i was transfered 5 times to be told i would need to be reunded. I waited a month still no refund. I called again then i was told the previous operator did not input the refund correctly but i would have my refund in 2-3 days. After explaining i am still paying on these headphones and i have not had them or a resoloution in a month i was told he was getting supervispor approval and i would revievce refund in 1 day that was a week ago. So im just going to deal with the scratches im honstly out of patience with customer service.
