    Hey there, unforutnately my water pump just went too and will be doing this on my own. Did you use the official Ducati tdc tool or whatever to hold the "gears" when refitting the propeller on top of the pump? Think the workshop manual states there is both one used to loosen and another to tighten? Curious if can just use something else instead.

    I’m thinking of getting a dry clutch conversion. On average how much kilometres do dry clutch plates last for mostly city riding? Is there like an average cost for dry clutch replacements?

    • @yoonracing7739
      @yoonracing7739  Před 2 lety +1

      If you want to use only city riding? Honestly, I don't recommend it. the reason why dry clutch mileage is very short...
      but if you need more power deliver? go had !!! dry clutch replacements cost is about 4 hours labor~ in KOREA, thanks.

    our team is also racing V4's, just have a question, do you replace waterpumps as often as we do? Our pumps seem to brake exactly every 2500km... (we use H2O radiators)
    Do you have any solution?

      I don't really know hahaha, but for my personal experience, internal water pumps it's a NONO for me.
      For a race bike it's ok, it's meant to be revised, but for a commute bike not so good.
      A friend of mine had a internally leaking Honda África twin.
      And he didn't know it, untill was to late for the crankshaft bearings and the camshaft bearings and shafts.
      All scratched and totalled.
      Honda took care do.
      But still.
      Internal water pumps.
      Nonono.
