Tim managed not to do his old schtick of trolling interviewers whilst also not selling out to corporate rubbish here. Unbelievable skill to balance being a gentleman, staying in character & being himself. It looks 'normal' but is subtly masterful. 10/10.
I actually think the presenters were very intellectual and knew a lot of facts and were aware of tims history , they did a great job and i think tim was won over by the irish charm then the fan boy came in and he just couldnt be as problematic as he can be in interviews i honestly think this was tim being as true as you can get from this MF
@@A1i3N337 Ive seen him twice in person and been following him for over 10 years. I can definitely tell when he's in-character usually but he is not really doing anything here that's so different from when he's talked "normal" on his office hours before besides doing a more mellow effect. But my bad man I'll go back to listening to pod save america as you seemed to have nailed me as not being one of the high IQ non-normies who "gets" it!
He seems to mostly play bits and characters in interviews when he's either with Eric or Gregg. In solo interviews he seems to be himself more often than not. I think because when he's with Eric they seem very keen on trying to make each other laugh in interviews, and when he's with Gregg he's playing his On Cinema character. Also it must be exhausting to do that so it's probably nice to have interview moments where you can just be you. Even Kaufman had his moments of sincerity on camera.
Sam Hyde has been copying Tim for 20 years, look at early MDE stuff. Sam didn't cut out the ironic Anti-S stuff, not cool, and impossible in Hollyweerd.
@@tranzco1173 everything funny since Tim and Eric must be influenced by Tim and Eric. Sam's stuff is totally original with total respect for his influences. Tim is a dislikeable person who clearly struggles with his ethnically derived psychopathological issues
I give that interview five bags of popcorn and two tubes of Valtrex
I love the scroll underneath saying "an Irish man has been taken off life support"
It's due to him unconsciously wirnessing Tim smooching some nerd, it gave the man a raging horn you see!
all irishmen should be.
@@bigol9223 lol
Gregg heads screaming at the ant-man line.
😂
*Gregg-FREAKS
Who here’s an Oz-FREAK?
I came to the comments to find this
Sort of feel like a look flashes across Tim’s face where he thinks “is she a really hardcore on cinema fan?”
May the luck of the Irish smile on ya
This has to be the most serious Tim interview I've seen. Then the jeans bit happened and it descended into that silliness I know so well.

It was the Irish accent

How many bags of popcorn is 10/10?
Never a boring moment with that guy.
I'm pretty sure the correct word is this not that.
I'm reasonably certain both are acceptable in this case.

You can get with this, or you get with that.
@@willneilson I believe you are mistaken, but I admire your dedication to grammar, and wish you well.
It’s honestly a joy to see a straight interview from Tim

Check out how interview with Andy Richter

Imagine meeting a comic hero and end up kissing
Slim Heidecker

He’s Totino the pizza boi

Talk about the luck of the Irish 😚
It's so cool how Tim is in Ant-Man
and the film US!
id get real small and sneak in the toilet when nobodies there :)
"I could feel him thinking about it". I died.
It also helps that the show hosts really did their research on Tim. Great interview!
I probably would have reacted the same way meeting Tim in fairness
I would have given a bit more tongue
5:18 wasn't expecting that lol
Lol that is classic Tim tbh
When Tim starts to look like his character from on cinema 😆
What a cool show 😂 is this like a nationally broadcast daytime talk / news show?? The hosts / overall vibe seems great
Yep it's on one of the big Irish tv channels
so I was at the Dublin show this same day, it was an incredible show. Brian was there and they kissed again, then he kissed another guy!
He really let his guard down and showed his true being. I mean, Ireland. Who's gonna see this?
How dare you! You twerp! Ireland is a classy metropolis, you twerp! Twerp! Not just a twerp... But a DAM twerp! UGH!
All 15 irishmen who still live there xD

That kissy kiss tho
5 bags, 2 sodas

5 bags of popcorn and 1 bag of-er-cup of soda
Tim is slowly transforming into Jason Bateman
what if I just started watching Ireland AM all the time
It's hard to tell if Tim's being serious or doing a bit as a soft-spoken actor discussing his craft
If you can't tell when he's acting or not, then you don't fully get his humor

He's entering a phase where he shows the normalcy to accentuate the absurdity. He introduced me to Arthur 2 On The Rocks , his work is done
Great interview. So unlike most AM TV shows.
He looks like he just woke up
Here for Tim but they seem like good hosts, well humoured and not insincere like typical morning show people.
Brian should call in to office hours if he hasn't already
He now calls every day trying to get on. Even though it’s on once a week
I really do love how Tim has somehow slowly morphed into Paul Rudd.
🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍀🍀
You just never know what happens when you interview Tim
I’m watching this high and I don’t know who this is and its stressing me out so much
Go watch ‘Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job!’ You’ll lose your mind
i LIKED TIM HEIDECKER MUSIC BACK WHENN IT WAS CALLED PAUL SIMON!!! TAKE THAT ONE TO THE BANK TIM
LMAO they kissed!
Another clear cash grab from Tim. Cash grab!
it's a put-on!
Yeah this is his career. Are we against people having careers now?
I'm put off by the cash grab put on
The evolution of Tim interviews. A skosh more professional & serious but still letting it rip.
brilliant interviewers. way better than american ones
Tim is eternal.
ELECTRIC SUN DESERT MUSIC FESTIVAL
You know he likes Coke, get the guy a Coke when you, ya know, when you know he’s coming on the show.
That was hawt
A cross-over I never expected to see
5 bags of popcorn
Why isn't this AM radio??
I could just watch these guys make out forever!
Can we just talk about the movies?
Irish telly's great.
Committed
Us Tim heads know that he didn’t have a cameo in Ant Man
The wash is a bit light in color but it's OK
0 comments about the jeans
I think the fact he’s so serious here is related to his weight loss.
Explain….
tim commands.
his voice sounds so deep wtf
He thought he was going to do radio
Probably a different tone than usual because of the nightly singing and comedy and humorous yelling he does
The best part about Tim’s legs are his legs. The way he legs about legs is legs.
Did Tim get new teeth? Looks good!
He’s had a lot of work done on his chin, ears and forehead
He is so skinny now.
5 bags

if you put acoustic strings on an electric guitar its easier to hit harmonics
I love Andy Kaufman I mean Tim heidecker
Was she trolling with the ant-man line?
I'm just hear for the jeans.
ok but why was tim so caked up @5:20 🍑🎂
Why didn't he gives his show 5 bags of popcorn?
Did he get slim for excercise sake for from sickness?
he walks!
4 months of Pork’s will do it to ya…
Could be early stage Pork’s disease. He needs to get that checked out, pronto.
Unfortunately I think he’s been back on the vapes pretty hard. Gregg might have to step in
I'm surprised he got an interview. Even showing other Americans Tim and Eric usually doesn't end well.
Really interesting to learn he and/or they, wantes to make dramatic films and this show just so happened to go viral, kind of explains everything
och aye the noo
Tim please eat more.
Is anybody else worried about Tim? Weight loss, voice change, etc
For sure a bit concerning
The weight loss is from him working out more and adjusting his diet over COVID. The voice is just cause he’s on tour.
@@andyz9793 Seriously, it's a miracle he can yell and sing for hours every night and hardly ever lose his voice.

Thought he was going to be on radio.

Why is his hair so brown? That's too much hair dye for a comedian.
