The thing that make me like MBLAQ is that despite they started with a standard Kpop sound, they have evolved beyond that and started developing a unique sound, manly, strong and have songs like no one in the industry, is so sad that they dont get recognized more often, they are really talented. I think jtune made a great video and produced the right song, I LOVED IT SINCE THE FIRST TIME I HEAR IT, and all the album is great. the video is beyond anything, the choreography is simple but strong.. i just love it. Every group new & old, including 2NE1, Big Bang, SuJu, SNSD is trying to get in on the electro/club scene and here comes MBLAQ with some futuristic R&B. And if you noticed, Super Junior M has just released their new song Swing and it indicates a knew, fusion-funk approach to their music. So although I see what you're talking about, I wouldn't be so quick to write off these groups or the people defending them :)
I'm fairly new to K-pop (since September 2019), and i actually enjoy both "old" and "new" K-pop, but i have to say i appreciate greatly the fact that we can actually hear their voices very clearly, whereas in "new" K-pop songs, i feel they would be drowned in the instrumental, and it's quite a shame, really. Sometimes there are just too many elements in the instrumental nowadays, it just feels too much.

When I started listening kpop I used to think that the members from Mblaq were so ugly, but after watching them in variety shows, their Mvs,etc. I realised how bright, charismatic, sexy&furious they actually are, and that it's just impossible not to fall in love by them. The first time I came across their MVs, I was like, "Hey, sis, check out this Korean boy group...I never liked K pop, but their songs, their MVs and choreography are all so amazing!!! I don't know Korean but I cried watching this MV of "This is War"...Here, watch it...Oh, I don't know how to pronounce their name though...and although they are really talented, I don't think they are good-looking..." After two weeks of watching Sesame Player and other variety shows... (Watching Mcountdown with my sis) Me: Hmm, MBLAQ is a really good-looking group. Like, who can beat them?" words cannot explain. just everything about this video was so right and tight! it was so classy there was nothing distracting to the video and everything was complemented so well. the classy suit style fit perfectly with the romantic classical background melody, the dance was so unique and simple yet memorable, the nice transitions between scenes in the video were smooth and creative everyone looked convincing but not over the top. they didnt repeatedly punch their fists into the wind and body roll or break into tears for us to feel their emotions. the woman in the video was also fitting of the style from the simple silhouettes, and soft but bold red lip and hints of black accented eyeliner. everything they did ....... was just so beautifully executed to the T! and i so much appreciate it. this is the kpop that i am SO SO PROUD to show my friends who don't know about kpop or that i might feel likely to judge something different than the music they are used to. such a memorable video. and not that we dislike a body roll and muscles every...now and then), but this is maturation of male characters done RIGHT and done correctly and i am so proud of them.

I'm a HARDCORE fan of DB5K/JYJ and I really love Bigbang and I'll tell you I have watched many kpop videos of different groups and I just can't be a fan of them I don't know why... even though I like some of their music I just can't! But recently I've listened to MBLAQ's music and watched some videos of them and I really like these boys! Joon is so funny and innocent and at the same time so sexy, Mir is so handsome and so funny, Thunder is SO cute, G.O is really charming and cute, and Seungho can do ANYTHING and has this sweet smile :) I don't know a lot about them but that's my conclusion so far xD I think that MBLAQ has a new fan :) FIGHTING! ^^

*MBLAQ - Be a Man* _Be a Man_ is surprisingly smooth and slow for this group. I'm digging the pure vocals from all five members who are featured nicely due to the slower nature of the song. They're allowed some room to breathe and shine individually which is a nice departure from their usual sound. I don't think I've head anything from MBLAQ that sounds this light and airy, while not expected it is a pleasant surprise. The video is all about the boys, who don't look like boys anymore. Sad to say, but Thunder is all grown up. I like the choice of a monochromatic backdrops. The sets put the focus on the group and nothing but the group. Their static enough the video matches the feeling of the song which is something I've always felt JTune Camp was excellent at accomplishing. I can't wait to hear the rest of the mini album when it comes up on iTunes.

Simple, clean cut and a nice fitting suit, just like Smoky Girl (though those suits were a little flashier, with the lace back and stuff :p). To be honest it's not J. Tune who did that . It's actually , Thunder himself wanted to leave the group . Lee Joon he wanted to be an actor and the members congratulate him . But when Thunder wanted to leave , G.O posted on his Twitter , " Betrayer " or something like that . So it's mostly Thunder faults .

Haha totally! I didn't think they were good-looking at first either. The first time I came across their MVs, I was like, "Hey, sis, check out this Korean boy group...I never liked K pop, but their songs, their MVs and choreography are all so amazing!!! I don't know Korean but I cried watching this MV of "This is War"...Here, watch it...Oh, I don't know how to pronounce their name though...and although they are really talented, I don't think they are good-looking..."

words cannot explain. just everything about this video was so right and tight! it was so classy there was nothing distracting to the video and everything was complemented so well. the classy suit style fit perfectly with the romantic classical background melody, the dance was so unique and simple yet memorable, the nice transitions between scenes in the video were smooth and creative everyone looked convincing but not over the top. they didnt repeatedly punch their fists into the wind and body roll or break into tears for us to feel their emotions. the woman in the video was also fitting of the style from the simple silhouettes, and soft but bold red lip and hints of black accented eyeliner. everything they did ....... was just so beautifully executed to the T! and i so much appreciate it. this is the kpop that i am SO SO PROUD to show my friends who don't know about kpop or that i might feel likely to judge something different than the music they are used to. such a memorable video. and not that we dislike a body roll and muscles every...now and then), but this is maturation of male characters done RIGHT and done correctly and i am so proud of them.

When I think about how underrated are our MBLAQ, I feel very sad, because they are Really one of the best k-pop groups in Korea. Why? Because they have THEIR style, their charismatic and cool style that other groups don't have. They deserve more popularity, more attention and more LOVE. And we can give them it, just standing by their side and not leaving them, even if their combacks are so distant from each other. So please, don't stop to support them, cause they are really an amazing and gorgeous group!

I'm a HARDCORE fan of DB5K/JYJ and I really love Bigbang and I'll tell you I have watched many kpop videos of different groups and I just can't be a fan of them I don't know why... even though I like some of their music I just can't! But recently I've listened to MBLAQ's music and watched some videos of them and I really like these boys! Joon is so funny and innocent and at the same time so sexy, Mir is so handsome and so funny, Thunder is SO cute, G.O is really charming and cute, and Seungho can do ANYTHING and has this sweet smile :) I don't know a lot about them but that's my conclusion so far xD I think that MBLAQ has a new fan :) FIGHTING! ^^

*MBLAQ - Be a Man*
_Be a Man_ is surprisingly smooth and slow for this group. I'm digging the pure vocals from all five members who are featured nicely due to the slower nature of the song. They're allowed some room to breathe and shine individually which is a nice departure from their usual sound.
I don't think I've head anything from MBLAQ that sounds this light and airy, while not expected it is a pleasant surprise.
The video is all about the boys, who don't look like boys anymore. Sad to say, but Thunder is all grown up. I like the choice of a monochromatic backdrops. The sets put the focus on the group and nothing but the group. Their static enough the video matches the feeling of the song which is something I've always felt JTune Camp was excellent at accomplishing.
I can't wait to hear the rest of the mini album when it comes up on iTunes.
omg, I love this comeback :3. And I totally, absolutely, most definitely LOVE this concept. Simple, clean cut and a nice fitting suit, just like Smoky Girl (though those suits were a little flashier, with the lace back and stuff :p). This shows that boy groups don't always have to flash their abs every 10 seconds to be sexy. To me, a guy in a nice suit is WAY more sexy than a guy with no suit (wow, that sounds weird xD), though I do appreciate me some abs every now and then :p. Anywho, MBLAQ FIGHTING!!!

This song couldn't be more perfect. Its everything i wanted as a title track from them. An R&B song that showcases each of their vocals perfectly. Loving G.O's falsetto and Seungho's power in that bridge. And i love that they stayed true to themselves and stayed mature. Keep growing guys in the midst of all these trends in kpop keep on being yourselves. I'm loving it

To be honest it's not J. Tune who did that . It's actually , Thunder himself wanted to leave the group . Lee Joon he wanted to be an actor and the members congratulate him . But when Thunder wanted to leave , G.O posted on his Twitter , " Betrayer " or something like that . So it's mostly Thunder faults .
neulrashim true but I also thing J-Tune had a lot to do with it. Why would you want to stay in a group with a company who didn't support you? For the last year or so they were with J-Tune the company only posted stuff for Mad Town (I think that was their name) and they never promoted MBlaq not even for this album, the page didn't do anything for them really, they never translated anything and this was the only song released. I'd want to move on with my life too.
