Dr. Moyad doesn't mince his words. He adds humor to make the message more palatable, i.e. REALLY take care of yourself, and you greatly reduce the likelihood of illness and the need to take medications. 👍👍👍👍
great speaker... stopped alcohol just a week ago and see great improvement in my BPH symptoms...after ending up in the emergency room with a catheter not being able to urinate..doc told me to stop all alcohol... I love my one drink a day but for me that few minutes of pleasure just isn't worth the misery for the rest of the day.
Hope you are getting better! If alcohol is an obvious or likely culprit for that problem, then it probably is best to do without it!
@@ThePCRI Yes I think it’s the culprit along with red meat. I’ve cut that out to and I’m feeling absolutely great thank you so much for your video. I’ve discovered non-alcoholic beer and they have come along way since I last tried them years ago
