Check Black scorpion miniatures for pirates, including undead ones. The sculptor is an old GW sculptor, so some old school vibes. Love their skeleton pirates, might need to convert what you’re looking for.

if you want an undead female pirate, you've got the "Brine and Bones" box from Malifaux as a good option, two of the models could be workable as non-undead if you wanted as well
