Honestly, get interviewers who understand MMA please.

100%. Dan Hardy would be a good shout.

This is how they reach to a wider audience, this isn't an interview for us, stick to channels like Fight Disciples for the intellectual stuff 👍🏻

Complete disrespect of MMA to have people talking about it who have no clue. Not surprising as they still have Jim White talking about boxing

Excited to see her transition as I am any boxers who try MMA which has been trending in the direction of really only females who actually want to test themselves and are humble enough to try. Need more people who actually know MMA to be asking the questions though this channel while its been asked for its like a throwaway account with clueless pundits asking about a sport they dont have a clue about. Has she done a test weight cut? what weight is she fighting at? what has been her go to submission in training? her first impression being taken down and smushed to the mat and how she dealt with that initial feeling of being completely helpless, difference between boxing and MMA gyms if any, fighting bare foot etc.

The shock i had when i switched to mma from boxing in my early 20s. I never had any intention other than keeping fit and finding a new hobby, but everything from the stance to getting your head around how easily you can be taken down and tapped out. Leave your ego at the door is my advice, but 10 plus years later and im coaching BJJ. I cant do the mma part anymore but love grappling.
The best of luck to Savannah.
