RECIPE FOR COLD BREW NO-CHURN ICE CREAM:
    Ingredients
    - ¼ cold brew concentrate
    - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - Pinch of salt
    - 2 cups heavy cream
    Steps to Make
    - Prepare cold brew the night before
    - Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until completely combined
    - Add the cold brew concentrate and stir until combined
    - Set it in the refrigerator to keep cool while you prepare the heavy cream.
    - Beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until it becomes whipped cream and stiff peaks form.
    - Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture until completely combined, but do not over mix.
    - Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Cover it in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for least 6 hours, or until completely frozen. Easy to pop it in the freezer overnight.
    - For easy serving, heat an ice cream scoop with hot water, scoop the ice cream, and serve with your desired topping.
    Cooking Tip
If you don't have espresso or cold brew concentrate, you can use instant coffee granules in its place
    RECIPE FOR SHOOFLY PIE:
    Ingredients
    - ¾ teaspoon baking soda
    - 1 cup molasses
    - ¾ cup hot water
    - 1 egg, beaten
    - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    - ¼ cup shortening
    Steps to Make
    - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    - Combine baking soda, molasses, and hot water in a medium bowl; whisk in beaten egg until well mixed. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
    - In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in shortening with pastry cutter until it looks like corn meal. Sprinkle on top of pie filling.
    - Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Turn temperature down to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until it’s set and firm.

Shoofly pie is an Amish/Mennonite recipe and it is called "shoofly" because Amish woman bake it for church meals, which are commonly eaten outdoors. The molasses attracts flies and other bugs, so the food is often covered with screened boxes. Now ya know!

All I can remember from this video is Jinger, taking the pie out of the oven acting like it was steaming, hot, but then proceeded to touch the pie pan once she set it on the counter. The magic of editing!

This time sweetened condensed milk is part of the recipe.
However there was the time she tasted the Tater tot hotdish that she added sweetened condensed to and had an odd expression on her face, but didn’t let on her mistake.
This is an add for coffee.
      The music is distracting.
They don’t appear to be experienced cooks.
