This lock down forced me to have an introspection and transformed me and my lifestyle. I became more aware and spiritual and consciously brought deciplines and ethics in my life. Meditation Pranayama, Chanting Mantras, Bhagawat Geetha reading all are now part of my daily routine. The best thing happened is I became VEGITARIAN and want to adapt Ahimsa. I seek forgiveness from God for all my sins and ignorance and pray to God for the needed dedication to stick to all these till my end. Pranam Rakesh ji your videos are unique and helped me evolve. I am thankful to you 🙏
