Hello! So as soon as I press the PTT button and Power button the device starts but immediately goes to TC53 Fastboot screen. How can I get to recovery screen from that Fastboot screen? Thanks
I found one of these and placed an ad online for lost phone and nobody claimed it. It's been about 2 years and I just found it in a box when I moved. I tried to reset and used all options but nothing worked, I don't think it has an SD to boot from, now its asking for a password on login screen and it didnt ask for a password before. So after recovery mode it now asks for password and won't let me back into recovery mode. Any suggestions? God Bless and Much Love
It was most likely used and maybe stolen from a retailer. If there was a password that wasn’t there before the retailer may have had administrative software such as Sophia central which can lock, wipe, and do other things to devices if said device was setup and enrolled accordingly.
@@grabthegun I found it at loblaws at the self checkout during closing, I was last customer, ok, so I’m sure now it was there phones they use for stocking shelves and stuff Makes sense nobody replied to found phone ad. Returning it would be right thing to do I guess, but I look like a criminal and get accused of things I didn’t do, so kinda paranoid now really There was no password on it though, but when I pulled it out from storage last month I tried to reformat it by guessing in the options and CZcams and then it asked for a password during this Thanks man Peace and Blessings

You cannot get and file from zebra for devices that are still being updated monthly and still in service/production with Zebra. You must have got firmware for a TC70 ora device made before that. I have a developer account with them and I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THIS IS TRUE. What device did you get the zip files for free from Zebra, if you don’t mind me asking. It had to be the tc70 or before. Respectfully….

You don’t work on Zebra like that. You don’t really need it. You just add it through a micro sd card in recovery mode. It’s much faster anyway.
